Fassina Holdings Pty Ltd T/As Fassina Liquor Merchants will only refund payments made if the order has not yet been dispatched or if the Fassina Holdings Pty Ltd T/As Fassina Liquor Merchants has printed and supplied the wrong product(s).
The product is identified by a product code number. If the customer should choose the wrong product when ordering Fassina Liquor Merchants will not be liable and no refund will be made, unless we are notified before the order is dispatched.
Any broken stock will be refunded or replaced immediately. Once the orders are dispatched, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct address has been filed and signed for delivery. Fassina Liquor Merchants will not be responsible for any deliveries once they are signed for.
