Q: How do i receive 10% discount off my wines?
A: If you purchase 6 or more of any wine, whether it is on special or not, you will receive 10% off the purchase price of all the wines that are not on special in your purchase.

Q: Where do we deliver to?
A: Anywhere in Australia with a postal address. We currently do not sell or deliver our products outside of Australia.

Q: Must I become a member to order?
A: Yes, you must register as a member to order. Registration is free, and your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, and will only be used for the purposes of our website, and under no circumstances given to any third parties.

Q: Are all products and prices on the website available in your stores?
A: Products and prices may vary. Also, the website has ‘internet only specials’ that only apply to those products bought from the website.

Q: How is freight calculated?
A: Freight cost is worked out automatically at the checkout stage of purchase, and displayed before your order is sent. The fee is calculated by weight x post code rate. These rates vary across postcodes, and rate estimates can be viewed here. We offer free delivery to the Adelaide metropolitan area for any orders over $200.

Q: Can I order from your website and pickup from one of your stores?

Q: Is my purchase packed carefully and insured?
A: Yes, every item is packed with care, and insured by Australia Post. If you happen to receive any broken items, please contact us and we will immediately replace the damaged item(s). Please see our refund policy for more information.

A: We accept most credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Bankcards, Diners and American Express. We do not accept cheques or money orders for website orders.
