Fassina Liquor Merchants will deliver the product to the address specified by the buyer, provided that address is within Australia. Company will use Australia Post to ensure that goods are shipped in a reasonable time. Delivery dates are 3 to 10 working days for items in stock. These dates are approximate only. The company will advise the buyer is there are foreseeable delays or if stock is not available.
All deliveries are made using Australia Post, and a signature is required on delivery. Deliveries are available from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, and throughout Australia only. If you are not at the address given at the time of delivery, an ‘Article Awaiting’ card will be left in your mail box and the goods will be automatically be delivered to a nominated Postal Office. Goods will not be left with persons under the age of 18 years (proof of age may be required).
In the unlikely event of breakage please contact us immediately, and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible. All orders are sent via registered mail, and can be tracked at www.auspost.com.au/track. Tracking number(s) are provided in the email sent to you once the order has been posted.

Orders of $200 or over will not attract any freight charge. Please note that Beer, Cider and Pre-Mix Cartons can only be delivered to the Metro Adelaide Area.
